Your Soul Temple

An essential part of our soul is creating & connecting. This activity is about designing a space for your soul to relax, & infuse it’s very essence.

Find a quiet space where you will be undisturbed for this activity.

Take a few deep breathes & close your eyes.

Visualise that you are waking up on an island. As your eyes open, you look around yourself.  What do you see?  Are you on the beach, in the rainforest, on the top of the mountain or in the caves?

Stretch your body & begin to explore this space.  Take in the sounds, the smells & what you can feel.  Is there a breeze?  What are you standing on?  Allow your soul to guide you along the path that appears before you to where your temple will be.

As you find yourself arriving into this space, take note of all the details. Is it made from stone,glass, or timber? What is the view?  Where are you standing?  What time of day or night is it?

Feel the presence of your soul & guides with you.  This is a space where you can meet with your soul & your guides whenever you wish.
