Nutrition

Once you are comfortable with energy testing using the water jug, you can start asking questions without holding the food. Here is a basic list of nutritional foods. Ask your intuition if there is anything your body would like more of, what it would like less of as well as anything you should avoid completely.  This is a guide only, feel free to add your own yummy choices to this list.

GRAINS – Breakfast cereals, oats, muesli, porridge, white bread, wholemeal bread, multi-grain bread, rye bread, white rice, brown rice, quinoa, noodles, couscous & pasta.

VEGETABLES – Spinach, cabbage, bean sprouts, peas, carrots, broccoli, capsicum, leeks, potatoes, onions, garlic, tomatoes, pumpkin, sweet potato, beans, lettuce, bok choy, cauliflower, beetroot, red kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils, squash, & mushrooms.

FRUITS – Blueberries, strawberries, melons, kiwis, pineapples, oranges, lemons, apples, pears, bananas,
mangoes, grapes, & berries.

MEAT – Beef, turkey, fish, tuna, chicken, pork, eggs, lamb, veal, sausages, duck, crab, oysters.

NUTS – Almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, macadamias, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews.

DAIRY – Yoghurt, lite cheese, vintage cheese, soft cheeses, Full cream milk, lite milk, soy milk, skim milk, almond milk, rice milk, oat milk, cream, ice-cream, & chocolate.

DRINKS – Coffee, tea, chai latte, turmeric latte, herbal water, soft drinks, juices, wine, beer, mineral water, water.

SWEETS – Cake, biscuits, lollies, gum, icy-poles, desserts.

OILS – Peanut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, olive oil, butter, margarine, vegetable oil.
