Intention Setting

When you set an intention for the day, you are giving permission to the universe for these to arrive into your world.  It is truly magical watching the results.  The joy is not knowing how this will arrive into your day & yet they do, time & time again.

I start when I wake up by thinking what I would love to see today – is it a heart to heart conversation with my husband, a full cleanse of your space?  Maybe a fun & light-hearted catch up with a friend.  What ever has been playing on your mind and you would love help with.

It is very important that you don’t think about how you will make this happen.  Invite these opportunities into your world & then just see what happens.

Believe the answers you seek are very naturally on their way to you.

When you are heading out think about what you would like to see – fun for the whole family, a car park close to where you are headed, clothing sale with sexy clothes you love. Be as specific as possible.

Time your intention setting with something you do each morning, ie before you get out of bed, when you have a cuppa or brush your teeth.

Write a monthly intention for your spritual journey. When you are ready, re-read these intentions & seeing just how far you have travelled.
