Bath Time Rituals

A bath or shower is a chance for you to ditch all the shitty emotions that have arrived in your world that day. It is a simple way to cleanse, relax and clear your energy.

This is a collection of all the different tools I have used over the years and found they have helped with shifting my mood.

CRYSTALS & SHELLS: Personalise your space with whatever feels good energetically.

TEALIGHT HOLDERS: A simple way to give the room a beautiful glow. Especially beautiful with a shower & the mist from the water.

ESSENTIAL OILS: I use a couple of drops of lavender oil in my bath which I find is really calming.

VISUALISATIONS: Natalie visualises the shower washing light all over her, purifying her energy & washing away all negativity.

EXFOLIATE: Try using a bath scrub, loofah or even just your towel when you dry as a mini exfoliant on your skin.

MASSAGE OIL/MOISTURISER: As you rub the oil or moisturiser on your skin, be thankful for all the amazing things your body is doing to keep you healthy.

EPSOM SALTS: Available in bulk at the local landscaping or livestock shop. A couple of cups to relax all the tension in my body. Heaven.

MUSIC: Try binaural music to help you get into an alpha state. Or just your fave instrumental.

BI-CARB SODA: Perfect way to add little bubbles to your bath.
