I found that when I was looking for answers, I started writing words that did not sound like myself & yet they felt so reassuring and a depth of knowing in the words that came through.
What was fascinating was the words came out in second person….. “You will find what you are looking for”.
The biggest obstacle I had to overcome was my own fears of what would come out of my pen, if anything at all.
The whole reason of trying automatic writing is you can bypass your conscious mind & hear what your soul or your higher self has to say on virtually any matter.
You have all the answers you seek inside of you.
Start by grabbing the following:
• A pen
• A journal/notepad
• A candle
Find a quiet space for you to relax. Light the candle & take a few deep breaths. Think of a question (if you have one) and then write on the sheet “ My intuition would like to say” ……
Give yourself full permission to write completely nonsensical. It does not matter if it sounds like a foreign language. The most important part is to not filter or dismiss anything that comes forward.
If you are still coming up with a blank try writing the sentence “My intuition would like to say….” over & over & over until something more comes out of your pen
Everyone has the ability to connect with their intuition, just be patient & give yourself time to learn how.
